Set in the little country town of Carlsruhe, you'll find a gorgeous venue that has a strong pulse... Thanks to owners Suzi & Tony, @hedgefarm feels humble and oozes warmth & energy. It's the perfect location for a special event. And a place where musicians can set their vibe loose and fill your ears with sweet sounds.

On the weekend, Shaun Evans from @rangesevents.com.au brought the incredibly talented singer songwriter, @lizannerichardsmusic (lizannerichards.com.au) to Hedge Farm. Backed by The Voyagers, together they filled the new Rockhill Stables with bluesy and rhythmic alt-folk that sent everyone into a Sunday afternoon of pure bliss. Lizanne and the eclectic electro-acoustic ensemble, featuring Shaun Evans (Keys / Winds), France Thiele (Harp), Keith Smith (Guitar), Peter Cocklin (Bass) captured the crowd ever so beautifully.

It should also be said, how lucky we all were to witness the re-emergence of Lizanne Richards. Her music making has been on pause for the past 7 years, to put her energy into raising a gorgeous family. And now she's back and full of songs that are busting to get out of her – Look out folks!

I truly loved capturing & sharing this day with some really wonderful people. I left with rosy cheeks and a very warm heart... And so very happy for Lizanne. She's a lady on a musical mission and I'm excited to see what else is going to burst out of her!
