The Urban Sparrow is coming to capture the bright & sparkly smiles of all the gorgeous children at Manna Gum on the following days:
KOOKABURRA: Tuesday 30th Nov & Friday 3rd Dec, 2021
COCKATOO: Tuesday 30th Nov & Friday 3rd Dec, 2021
PLATYPUS: Wednesday 1st Dec, 2021
Please complete the registration form below. Once submitted, you’ll be redirected to to pay your $20 PER CHILD deposit.
PLEASE NOTE: Photography will not commence if we have not received a consent form & payment simultaneously.
Once photography commences, the deposit is non-refundable (unless your child is unwell on the day), but can be used as credit towards your photo package purchases.
We will be unable to accept any late registrations after Thursday 25th of November. So please book now to secure your spot!
