Manna Gum – Kinder Group Photo

The Kindergarten group photo will be taken on one of the following days:

KOOKABURRA: Tuesday 30th Nov OR Friday 3rd Dec | COCKATOO: Tuesday 30th Nov OR Friday 3rd Dec | PLATYPUS: Wednesday 1st Dec, 2021

Please state whether or not you'd like your child to be included in the group photo on the form below.

There is no fee to be included in the group photo. You will be notified when the 8x10inch PRINT ($25) is available for purchase. The print will also be included in some of the bundled packages for those having portrait photos. Due to copyright/privacy reasons, it can not be purchased as a digital file. Consent forms need to be in by the 28th of November, 2021.

If we have not received notification from you, we will assume you do not want your child to be included in the photo. Unfortunately we can not include any children in the photo without this form.
