Today, our gorgeous local flower shop Gisborne Cottage Flowers made a lovely gesture and put a post on their facebook page offering free flowers for kids! We were lucky enough to take some of their beautiful little flower gems home. The kids were delighted because their toy drills had also arrived in the post today (which they keep reminding me are called “Bosch Hammer Drills”..!) They’d saved up for these with their pocket money, so the excitement was high! The drills were perfect for making holes in the top of the cardboard box the postman had dropped them off in. Which then became our flower shop to house the gorgeous flowers in. Thank you so much Gisborne Cottage Flowers! 🙏🏻 Happy days.
